The hotel star rating information displayed by the Service is obtained directly from the hotels, their duly authorized agents and distributors, or other authorized representatives. The Service shall not be responsible for erroneous or inaccurate star ratings displayed by the Service nor whether the level of the services provided by hotel conforms to those which can reasonably be expected from the star rating shown.
