If your visa application requirements include a proof of accommodation which is confirmed directly by the accommodation provider, please contact our Customer Service and we will submit a request to the property with regard to your reservation free of charge.

Please note that ZenHotels cannot guarantee that the property will agree to provide the requested reservation confirmation, but we will do all we can to help. The reservation confirmation required for a visa application is issued by the property on its letterhead, which is duly signed and stamped by the competent manager.
