When searching for a rate, you can select the currency in which prices will be displayed.
The exchange rate used to convert the rate for display in different currencies is based on Yahoo Finance data at the current moment.
If you choose to display prices in a specific currency, this does not mean that the payment will be charged in the selected currency or at the exact amount displayed. Your bank's exchange rate may significantly differ from the rate indicated on our website.
Additionally, the bank may charge added fees for payment in a foreign currency and for foreign transactions. The location where the bank receiving payments is registered is indicated in “Booking Terms and Conditions”.
You can clarify your bank's policy only with the bank's customer support.
The currency in which you can pay for your booking depends on the payment method:
⊛ If you pay for your booking online on Zenhotels.com when you created your booking, the payment is charged in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, BGN, MYR, PLN, RON, SGD or ZAR.
We charge only in one of the listed currencies, even if you selected a different currency for rate display during your search. The hotel can be located in any country.
Once you have chosen a specific rate and gone to the booking creation page, select the currency you want the charge to proceed.
In the "Payment currency" section, you need to choose your preferred currency from the dropdown list.
When you select your preferred currency, your costs and website charges will be displayed in that currency. Our company charges only that specified amount in the selected currency. We never charge additional fees for creating the booking, payment transactions, or anything else.
The exact amount in the selected currency to be charged when booking will be displayed in the "Pay now in currency" section. If you select a different display currency, an approximate amount in that currency will be shown.
If your bank card or account used for payment is linked to a currency other than the currency selected for the charge, a conversion will be made according to your bank's exchange rate and policy.
The best option is to pay for your reservation with a bank card linked to an account in the same currency as you selected in the “Pay now in currency” section from the dropdown list.
⊛ If you plan to pay for the booking directly at the hotel, the payment is made in the local currency of the hotel's location.
In some countries, more than one currency may be accepted.
On the booking creation page, under the “To be paid at the hotel” section, the selected rate will be in the hotel’s local currency. If you select a currency different from the one used in the hotel’s country, an approximate amount will be displayed based on the exchange rate.
If you are planning a trip abroad, ensure you can use your bank card in the destination country to avoid any issues when paying at check-in.

When you pay for your booking, if currency conversion is required from your account’s currency to the payment currency, the exchange rate set by your bank will apply.
