In some cases, when the reservation is made on condition of payment upon arrival, we ask guests to provide their credit card details to guarantee the booking. When the booking is completed, credit card details are transferred to the hotel to guarantee the guests’ intention. The data is transferred in an encrypted state.

The hotel may check if your credit card limit is sufficient to cover the reservation and block a certain amount of money. As a rule, the blocked amount equals the price of one night's stay. In rare cases, the hotel may charge the total cost of the stay.
