How can I confirm my reservation?

Depending on the hotel policy, confirmation methods may vary:

  • Reservation guaranteed with a credit card

  • Reservation guaranteed without a credit card

  • Prepaid reservation

If a reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, you will be asked to provide your credit card details. These details will be forwarded to the accommodation provider to confirm your reservation. The provider may pre-authorize your card (block a certain amount of funds before your stay) to ensure that your card is valid and that sufficient funds are available.

A reservation guaranteed without a credit card does not require your credit card details. You will only be asked to provide your contact details.

If the accommodation provider policy requires a full prepayment, you will be asked to pay for your reservation via ZenHotels.com
