As a rule, the type and number of beds are specified in the room name and/or the room description and should be clear before booking.

If you choose a room with combined bed options (e.g., Double/Twin Room), you can indicate the preferred type and number of beds in the special requests box (see above).

We cannot guarantee that the hotel will allocate the preferred type and number of beds. The type and number of beds in rooms with combined bed options are at the hotel's sole discretion and are generally allocated on check-in. Hotels try to accommodate special wishes where possible, but sometimes they cannot due to operational or other reasons.
