Which ZenHotels services are currently unavailable?
During the maintenance window between July 6, 11:00 PM and July 7, 7:00 AM (CET), all ZenHotels services will be temporarily unavailable. This includes:
• Searching and booking hotels
• Cancelling or modifying existing reservations
• Making payments
• Accessing booking confirmations through the website or app
Your existing bookings are safe and will not be affected. Services will resume as soon as maintenance is complete.
Can I cancel my reservation or change my dates?
Cancellations and date changes are unavailable while maintenance is in progress. If your request is urgent, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you. Otherwise, we recommend trying again once the maintenance window has ended.
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
Your booking confirmation was sent to the email address you used when booking. Please check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case). If you can't find the email, please contact us at [email protected].
Who can I contact with an urgent matter?
For urgent matters — such as issues with check-in or an immediate change to your booking — please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We'll do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
The website is still unavailable, even though you said maintenance is complete. What should I do?
The website should now be functioning normally. If it doesn’t, please try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will look into it right away.
